Scheduling: To secure your desired time, make your reservation early. If you would
like to request a particular stylist or therapist please let us know when you book your
appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We request eight hours notice to cancel your reservation in
order to assist us with scheduling other clients.
Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late
for your service, it may need to be modified so that the next guest will not be
inconvenienced.
Upon Arriving: Feel free to bring whatever is comfortable for your spa treatment.
All dressing and undressing will occur in the privacy of your treatment room. Men
having facials should have shaved no less than two hours prior to service.
During Your Visit: To get the most out of your visit, communicate with your stylist
or therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us.
